Canada Post Strike Statement
On Thursday, September 25, 2025, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) announced a nation-wide strike in response to the federal government's proposed changes to Canada Post.
Effective immediately, Canada Post has shut down operations, which means that “mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered for the duration of the national strike, and some post offices will be closed,” according to a statement from Canada Post.
What You Can Expect From Us
To ensure timely delivery during the Canada Post strike, we are using alternate couriers for all new orders. While checkout may still display Canada Post as the selected option, please know that your order will be sent through another courier to avoid delays.
Expedited shipping chosen under the Canada Post option will still be honoured. We’ll ship your order with alternate couriers' expedited shipping services at no additional cost to you.
What if my order already shipped through Canada Post?
Orders already in transit when the Canada Post strike began are experiencing delays, but will be delivered when Canada Post operations resume. We understand how frustrating these delays can be and truly appreciate your patience. While the situation is beyond our control, please know that we’re doing everything we can to support timely solutions.
