Subscription Policy

At McSweeney’s, our subscription program is designed to make stocking up on your favourite meat snacks easy and convenient. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to a product, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method will be automatically charged before each shipment.

You will receive an order confirmation each time your subscription renews.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically using the payment method provided at checkout. Billing occurs at the start of each subscription cycle, and orders are processed shortly after payment is received.

If a payment attempt fails, we will automatically retry the payment every 2 days, for up to 5 total attempts. If payment is unsuccessful after these attempts, the subscription will be cancelled.

Prices for subscription products may change from time to time. If pricing changes, the updated price will apply to future shipments.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account on mcsweeneys.ca.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy. Due to the nature of food products, we may not be able to accept returns on opened items, but please contact us if there is an issue with your order and we will make it right.

Shipping

Subscription orders ship according to our standard shipping timelines. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and seasonal shipping conditions.

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or policies. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
