2015 was a big year for us, in addition to updating our packaging to portray the premium, Canadian company we are so proud of; we also took a good hard look at the ingredients we were using to make our famous beef jerky. McSweeney’s re-evaluated our recipes to give you the simplest ingredients possible without compromising on taste and texture. We also continue to offer products that are naturally smoked (no liquid smoke here), and gluten free.
